Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment to complete these important documents. You will then have your evaluation by a Westcoast certified and licensed practitioner. After your appointment, our Specialty Care Coordinators will being to obtain insurance verification and approval for your device. Information on patient financial responsibility and, payment arrangements (if needed) for the orthotic and/or prosthetic care will be provided. Communication regarding the process and subsequent follow-up visits will be reviewed prior to you leaving.
