Here’s what we are doing in our offices:

  • Cleaning patient rooms between each patient.

  • Pre-screening patient phone calls one day before appointment.

  • Screening of patients upon arrival.

  • Limiting appointments to only the patient & one caregiver, when possible.

  • Maintaining 6 ft social distancing in any common areas.

  • Patients may call upon arrival & wait in their cars (all locations except our MLK office). If able to be seen curbside, practitioner can treat patient at their car (varies by device type/needs) or when the practitioner is ready and a disinfected room is available, they will come out to escort the patient in and directly to the room.

  • Practitioners will still be wearing masks, patients & family members are encouraged to do so as well.

  • Cleaning throughout the day in common areas (lobbies, patient bathrooms, etc).

  • If you are an Existing or New Patient and are uncertain if you need to be seen in the office, please contact us so that we may help you determine the best course for your appointment. If a virtual appointment is recommended, we will schedule one for you.
