Clinical Indications (pediatric & adult):

  • Patients with neurological conditions such as Cerebral Palsy and Spina Bifida causing toe-walking gait patterns
  • Patients requiring assistance with ground reaction forces to promote proper TKA alignment

Clinical Contraindications:

  • Inability to achieve full or nearly full extension at knee and hip during gait due insufficient joint ROM
  • Excessively rotated foot alignment
  • Sensory toe walking gait patterns
