Below is a list of the insurance companies with which we currently have contracts; however, we are always adding new contracts so if you don’t see an insurance provider listed, please call or e-mail us for an updated list of insurance companies and for information on how we can help you with your O&P needs.
For all patients, there is never a charge for appointments. There are charges associated with orthotic and prosthetic devices, subject to a patient’s deductible, co-insurance and what their individual plan covers. We strive to do the best we can to verify costs up front and to assist patients in managing their payments.
